Find the unanswered questions and unresolved points in these meeting notes. Review the notes for: - questions raised but not answered; - decisions that were discussed but not clearly made; - actions with no clear owner; - actions with no deadline where timing appears important; - dependencies that are mentioned but unresolved; - conflicting statements; - terms or references that are too vague for someone who was not in the room. For each item, provide: 1. What is unclear or unanswered. 2. Why it matters. 3. The shortest useful clarification question to ask. 4. Who appears best placed to answer, only if the notes make that clear. Do not invent missing information or imply that every meeting needs answers to every possible question.
