Help me prepare for the interview question I am dreading. The question is: [QUESTION] Why I find it difficult: [WHAT WORRIES ME ABOUT IT] Relevant facts from my real experience: [PASTE FACTS OR NOTES] Job/role context: [OPTIONAL: PASTE OR ATTACH] First, explain what the interviewer may reasonably be trying to understand with this question. Do not assume hostile intent. Then help me build an answer that: - addresses the question directly; - uses only facts I have supplied; - acknowledges a genuine limitation where hiding it would be misleading; - moves towards evidence, learning or what I can offer now; - sounds natural when spoken rather than memorised. Give me: 1. A simple answer structure. 2. A draft answer using my facts. 3. Phrases that sound defensive, evasive or over-rehearsed and should be avoided. 4. One realistic follow-up question to practise. Do not invent a perfect story to make the difficult part disappear.
