Use genuine experience to build stronger interview examples, match them to likely questions and improve the evidence without inventing details.

Step 01

Turn experience into examples

Turn My Real Experience Into Interview Examples

Turn genuine work, study or life experience into interview-ready examples by drawing out the situation, your actions and the result without inventing details.

Help me turn my real experience into strong interview examples. I will give you rough notes about projects, situations, responsibilities or achievements from work, study, volunteering or other relevant experience. For each potential example: 1. Identify the skill or behaviour it could demonstrate. 2. Organise what I supplied into: - Situation/context - Task or responsibility - Actions I personally took - Result or outcome - What I learned, where useful 3. Clearly mark any missing detail that would make the example stronger. 4. Ask me targeted questions for missing facts rather than filling them in yourself. 5. Once I answer, create a concise interview version that sounds natural when spoken aloud. Keep the focus on what I personally did. If the outcome was a team result, make that clear rather than claiming it as solely mine. Do not invent numbers, praise, impact, responsibilities or outcomes. Step 02

Match examples to likely questions

Match My Experience to Likely Interview Questions

Match your genuine experience examples to the interview questions they are best suited to answer, and show where you still need a stronger example.

Match my real experience to likely interview questions for this role. I will provide: - the job description; - my CV and/or a list of genuine experience examples. First identify the main competencies, behaviours or responsibilities the role is likely to explore based on the job description. Do not pretend to know the employer's exact interview questions. Then create a table with: - Likely question theme - Example question - Best experience I have supplied for it - Why that example fits - Strength of fit: Strong / Usable / Weak / No example yet - What evidence or detail would strengthen it Aim to reuse a strong example for more than one question only where the angle genuinely changes. Flag where I am relying too heavily on one story. Finish with: - My strongest 3 examples - Question themes I still need evidence for - Any examples that are useful but currently too vague Do not invent experiences or employer-specific interview processes. Step 03

Strengthen the weakest example

Strengthen One Interview Example Without Inventing Details

Strengthen one interview story by improving its structure, relevance and specificity while keeping every factual detail grounded in what you actually did.

Help me strengthen this interview example without inventing anything. I will provide: - the interview question or competency, if known; - my rough example; - any supporting facts I can verify. Review the example for: - whether the situation is clear enough; - whether my own responsibility is obvious; - whether the actions show judgement rather than a list of tasks; - whether the result is supported and relevant; - whether unnecessary detail hides the strongest point. Before rewriting, list any facts that would materially strengthen the answer but are currently missing. Ask me for those details if needed. Then create: 1. A concise spoken-answer version. 2. A short note showing the strongest evidence in it. 3. One likely follow-up question an interviewer could reasonably ask. Do not invent metrics, responsibilities, outcomes or lessons. If the result was uncertain or mixed, keep it honest. Interview question/theme: [QUESTION OR COMPETENCY] My example: [PASTE EXAMPLE] Confirmed facts: [OPTIONAL]
