Prompt

Stress-test this idea before I invest more time or money in it. Idea: [DESCRIBE IDEA] What I want it to achieve: [OUTCOME] Known constraints: [OPTIONAL] Review it from these angles: - User/customer need: what problem is actually being solved? - Differentiation: why would someone choose this rather than doing nothing or using an existing alternative? - Feasibility: what capability, time, cost or dependency could make it harder than it looks? - Adoption: what has to be true for people to use or accept it? - Maintenance: what ongoing work could be underestimated? - Failure modes: how could the idea produce a poor result even if it launches? Then identify: 1. The strongest part of the idea. 2. The 3 assumptions it depends on most. 3. The strongest reasonable argument against it. 4. Small, low-cost tests that could reduce uncertainty before a bigger commitment. Do not manufacture objections for drama. Distinguish evidence I supplied from your hypotheses.
