Prompt

Create new practice questions from the mistakes I have made. I will give you some combination of: - questions I attempted; - my answers; - corrections, marks or feedback; - the source material I am studying. My context: - Subject: [SUBJECT] - Level: [AGE / YEAR / GRADE / COURSE LEVEL] First, identify the underlying weaknesses shown by the evidence. Group similar mistakes together rather than treating every wrong answer as a separate problem. Then create a small targeted practice set that: - tests the same knowledge or skill in a different way; - does not simply copy or lightly reword the original questions; - includes an easier foundation question where I seem confused; - includes a standard question at my expected level; - includes a slightly different application question where appropriate. Do not show the answers beside the questions. After the practice set, add a separate answer guide with: - the correct answer or marking points; - a short explanation of what the question was testing; - the mistake I should avoid repeating. Rules: - Base the diagnosis and practice on the evidence I provide. - Do not invent weaknesses merely to create more questions. - If one mistake looks careless rather than conceptual, say so. - Keep the set focused; quality matters more than volume.
